Prices can change without prior notice; the most up-to-date prices are listed on this website. Every effort is made to keep prices fixed and low, however supplier and manufacturer impacts may affect prices in the future, including those listed on our website and in our marketing materials.

Prices listed are for trade 'pay-as-you-go' customers only.

Items may vary from those shown in pictures and descriptions. Equivalent items may be sent, changes will be explained when ordering where possible.

Warranty

All items supplied by Custom Range Services Ltd. are new and unused. Most goods are supplied with a manufacturer's warranty. The length and validity of this warranty can vary, please ask our sales team for further information. Your warranty is valid from the date of purchase and not the date of installation. Custom Range Services Ltd. cannot accept any liability for costs incurred due to faulty goods.

 The guaranteed terms cover only exchange of faulty parts broken down due to defects in workmanship or material, i.e., there will be no compensation for working hours and travelling time. If defects occur during the warranty period the defective part or parts shall be forwarded to the seller, insurance and freight paid.

Shortages and Damages

If you believe any part of your order to be missing or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Items damaged upon delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receipt and should be notified to the courier at the time of delivery.

General Returns Policy

You have the right to return faulty or unwanted goods. Your right to cancel unwanted items ends seven working days from delivery. For unwanted goods you must provide an original invoice or receipt and we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement. You have the right to open goods to inspect they are correct and of good quality but are not allowed to tamper/mishandle or affect the integrity and/or condition of the products(s).

In the case of goods being returned because they are not fit for purpose, do not match their description or are not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to claim the cost of postage back to us.

Before returning any goods, you must contact customrangeservices@gmail.com .

Return your goods (with returns number) to our office address via a recorded delivery service.

We may ask you to return the item via the UPS Access Point or other trackable service where practical.

We reserve the right to deduct the value of delivery and return costs from any refunds in certain situations. 

Once we have investigated your return, which may involve returning the part to the manufacturer for testing, a refund or replacement will be issued.


The length of time this procedure takes may vary depending on the product and manufacturer involved and could take as long as 8 weeks.

Items returned to us without a prior contact will be rejected.

When returning goods for any reason please bear in mind your duty of care. The goods must be returned in the best possible condition.

In the case of faulty or damaged goods, Custom Range Services Ltd. refuse all liability for any costs, fees or installation charges resulting in replacing faulty parts or any damage caused by the product.
